Using the latest in Canon technology and utilising the LUCIA 12-colour pigment ink system, the printer delivers exceptional print quality and unbeatable production versatility at sizes up to 44" wide. This LUCIA EX pigment ink system is coupled with improved image processing technology to deliver a wide colour gamut, smooth graduations, less bronzing and prints that are highly scratch resistant. The system also produces enhanced black reproduction and graduation in dark areas, offering the superb print quality required for photo and any print applications.

There is also enhanced text and line accuracy as well as excellent colour consistency on a page, also allows the printer to also function as an outstandingly precise proofing device.
